I am trying to lose a few pounds and am in need of some tips.
So far I have gotten a lot of contradicting information so I would like to ask you to post a source if possible for you.
I have had people tell me that I need to spread my 3 meals in parts throughout the day to keep my metabolism going whereas others say that that is just the way to get fat and I need to stick to only 3 meals a day.
I had people telling me eating at night is always bad, others only telling me that eating just before sleeping is bad regardless of time of day.
Some people telling me that a sandwich with tomato, lettuce, egg, etc is unhealthy whereas others say it is healthy.
I need good advice.
