If you persist in speeding like that "when no one is on the road" eventually someone is going to get killed when a car pulls out in front of you. The rush isn't worth the risks you are taking.

Dude, 115mph. You are kidding me if you think youll stand a chance to avoid someone or stop in time. You Are Screwed At Those Speeds. Seriously, just stop. Aside from you taking advantage of the cop, there is a Huge danger of going those speeds. I have no clue if half the safety devices in that car has been tested for those speeds. Just how far can you see the head lights?
Are there any spots that you could possible Not see them due to shrubs or trees in the way?
Just how confident are you that you can stop your car that is speeding at 115mph?
Can't slam on the breaks. You will still be sliding for awhile while destroying your tires. Can't slow down well enough. If you swerve and hit even a small bumb, your toast dude. Straight away or not, an animal can run out. That sucker will either explode and cause you to lose control, or come inside to say hello if its big.

Possible?! Dude, at those speeds its not only possible, its pretty much a certainty. Do you not grasp the level of F*$$&D you are if you hit anything in that car while going that fast? Including a small bump? You would need a miracle to survive an impact at that speed.
Well that's the thing, isn't it? "I never hurt anyone" is fortunately still true but then one day if something does happen that statement won't hold true. One of my close friends growing up did the same thing since his road home from work was ALWAYS empty at four in the morning untill one day it wasn't and he hit a young girl who was super drunk and lost as she swung out of nowhere. She barely survived the incident. He never lied his way out of a ticket but knowing he did it, trying to talk him out of doing it many times and finally seeing the consequences - which was so extremely unlikely - was just sad.
I always hoped he'd be pulled over before an accident happened. Unfortunately he was never given a reason besides my nagging to make any changes to his errors on the road - you did but the fact you're not taking it to heart instead of comming online to brag about it says more about you than I wish I knew.
You got 'lucky' that you were able to bullshit yourself out of a situration you should not have put yourself in, in the first place. You had your fun and little oscar performance as you call it, now stop being a reckless driver. The whole 'it will never happen to me' or 'it won't happen out on these empty roads' way of thinking only holds true untill it someday does happen to you on those empty roads and you'll likely change your life and someone elses life for the worse forever.
The fact that you got 'away' with it even when an officer stopped you is dangerous since it may enforce you to psychologically convince yourself that since there was no repercussions - you were able to lie your way out of a negative situration - that you can do it again and again.
I mean, I don't know why I still care so much about other people to be sitting here discussing this as much as I am but I hate it when people perform reckless actions with complete disregard towards other human beings and then have the nerve to brag about getting away with it.
So congratulations on your big 'impressive' performance tonight, now could you please stop endangering yourself and your fellow humans? Please?

Personally, I think its okay to go over the speed limit if the conditions are right. AKA you're on a highway, good traffic, right state of mind, its a sunny and clear day, etc. Not to dangerous speeds, but a speed limit can be passed.
What you did, lol. 35 probably means its like a residential street. Probably would have been better for everyone if the cop just found your car crashed and you dead.
Not gonna lie, tonsss of youtube videos of racers hitting small animals and they go BOOOM! However, the bigger ones might not. Things like deer just sorta go flying. That however, is in a race car designed for those speeds and to deflect those things. This is a regular civilian car. Hardly capable or tested for that kind of situation.

That video illustrates very nicely what will happen.

Grats on keeping your license when clearly you shouldn't have one, nor be allowed to operate anything going faster than 40km/h.

I once got into a movie theater without paying a ticket. The door was open and there was no one at the ticket booth, so I just walked in. It was the grandest accomplishment of my life.
Yeah not much to add, can only hope next time you get pulled over you get arrested and lose your license. Scum like you doesn't belong on the road, simple as that.
I have no problems with people who speed on empty highways, but speeding in a town is just a douche move.
