-"Cat ears" on the top with functioning speakers.

No this is not my project and I'm not advertising, probably won't even get a pair, but I know many people that will go completely crazy over them.

external speaker on the headphones... kinda defeats the purpose , but hey , at least they look cute, faint cyberpunk catgirl vibe.

20 Hz to 20 KHz only? They could have at least added a better frequency range! >_< what a waste! And they don't even announce impedance and sensitivity. These LOOK awesome, but these aren't something we want just for looks, they have to SOUND great. Bah.
Form is not superior to function. Especially in a device such as these, they should have tried to get function AND form both working well. At such a low frequency range, no real music lover will actually use these...

They're a cool idea, but even at anime/gaming cons I would be so ashamed of wearing them... I don't know why anyone would wear them in public =\

I wouldn't wear them, I don't like the cat ears.
The idea of having external speakers is cool, but only if you can manually change which ones are active.

For those times when having your headphones on really loud and annoying strangers just wasn't enough?
Does kinda defeat the point of headphones, what's the idea (too lazy to read/click), you have to go to the other side of the room, so you flip a switch (i assume speakers being on is not default) and take the headphones off to go do shit?

It isn't being ashamed of who I am - I wear nerdy/gaming shirts and such out and about, but this is sort of like wearing one of those fleece cat ear hats around outside of a convention; I personally just think it's sort of cringe-y. Again, my personal opinon; if someone wants to wear it by all means.
