“Snow can only live in the winter. When it nears a fire, it dies. That is its life. It may yearn for summer, but… it can only desire it. In my hand, the snow becomes water, because this is not its world….”“The boundless Heavens and Earth are the final resting place of all living things. Life is like a journey, filled with various scenery, various paths.
A lot of the ambient/atmospheric black metal stuff does that to me. I sometimes use a playlist of stuff to help me fall asleep at night, and the above song is on that playlist. Not to say that type of music is boring to me (far from it), but it definitely has that effect of helping me relax.

Don't have a favorite, but I made a playlist a while back for sleeping on the bus (had to take a lot of 9-hour bus rides) that consists of some soothing stuff. Probably not what people usually consider most soothing though, I prefer a bit faster beat than most "slow songs".
Anyways, here's three I like for relaxing;
The nineties were the most relaxing years.

Oh, and
I love that game so much. It has one of the most beautiful soundtracks I've ever heard in a game.
Anytime I have a 7-3 morning shift and the sun is slowly rising up, I turn one one of these two songs. Simply masterpieces in my ears.
