Cannibal attack in South Wales

A 22 year old woman was murdered by a man who was suspected of eating part of her face including an eyeball. Seriously what must be going through someones head to make them do something like that?

Police tasered the suspect who suffered a heart attack as a result and subsquently died shortly after.

This happened literally 15 miles from where i live, even friends with some people who knew the victim. My heart goes out to all the friends and family of the victim can't begin to imagine what this must be like.

Reading the comments I learned that the people commenting on the article appear to bitch and complain about the heavy handness of tazer useage and that the cops shouldnt have used on ebcause they didn't know if he had health issues. Apparently people all over the world piss and moan about any police involvement.
