If you bought the Lucky Double sided coin pre stealth nerf open a ticket.

Let blizzard know how much you are upset that a BOE that cost a couple hundred thousand gold gets nerfed without any warning.

    Why pay so much gold?

Some people play this game in order to compete. Not everyone is happy with occasionally logging in and doing your daily pet battle routine.

People who play to compete should be completely used to and aware of the fact blizzard will nerf things that are overpowered. This item was projected to be BIS up into mythic item levels, you don't think that warrants a nerf?

I get people are upset they spent a bunch of money on something that is less useful now, but it's still a good trinket and you still got what you paid for (a 665 trinket). It just isn't balls-to-the-wall OP anymore.

I certainly hope you guys aren't playing flavor of the month classes, cause you'll prolly be bitching after they get nerfed and toned down as well.
I like ponies and I really don't care what you have to say about that.

We had a year long beta, and this game is at least 6 months overdue. Sorry that I thought this game was ready for release.

Nope, but I bought several bmah 695 items. I also do pet battles, just couldn't think of an other example to make my point :P

I just can't muster up any sympathy for someone paying that kind of gold for one item. Mamma always said life is like a box of chaulk o lets. . .

You can never test everything in Beta, especially games like MMO players will always find things that got overlooked.

But again, this is a nerf all across the board, all trinket got nerf'd, so is it not still a BiS since everything else also got nerf'd?

Chump change to you maybe. Most people in this game don't have that kind of money laying around.

Then you're doing it wrong. Even people who don't raid and participate in sell runs have spare thousands to buy items or whatever in said sell runs.

Two threads about this? A bit awkward, but I guess I'll echo my statement in the other one.

And Blizzard should stop boasting about how they can sim more accurately than the players yet somehow they failed to miss the strength of the trinket they made throughout months of beta.

probably have a legit claim if blizz made this trinket available for that price. Anyone who has played this game enough to pay extensively for this trinket knows that said game is in a constant state change for balancing reasons. QQ moar

No, they shouldn't open a ticket.
It's idiots like you making tickets over trivial selfish things that waste game masters time and cause everyone else long ticket queue times.

It's people not opening tickets that let a company think that this situation is acceptable.

Them balancing things just because you happened to spend all your pocket money on them isn't acceptable? Then I'd like an IWIN item on the BMAH please for 999,999g starting bid..

But the situation is acceptable. Blizzard isn't obligated to keep items as they are. They are perfectly within their right to make any change at any time. If you don't like it, tough luck.

That's what the forums are for.
