Talking Please help, need to find this game

When i was very young, my brother and I played and old PlayStation 1 game, i will try to add as much detail as possible but i don't really remember my childhood very well. Its an old looking gritty game, its a MMO/RPG with a style like diabolic, accept its futuristic. You can only buy upgrades at certain points. I also remember strongly and hiring dogs then watching them explode from mines. I the last thing i remember is being in a sewer. Its not a elder-scroll game and its not apocalypse (Staring Bruce Wayne) i also don't think its a fallout game, by the look of it. I didn't reconise it when i saw it. It does kinda look like fallout: Brother hood of steel. kinda like that except with out the fallout touch. If you need more info, i will TRY my hardest to remember more. Please help me find this, i love the old classics and this is one I've been wanting to play for a long time. Thank you for your time in helping me.

    Greatly Appreciated,
    Zackkaz12

    (Update)
I have found a game called"Bad Blood" i couldn't find much information or game play on it, i don't know if this is the game from my childhood, but i could get hardly any info. If you guys could get something about it that would be greatly appreciated.

    (Update)
I also think it was a post apocalyptic game. I don't know but it may or may not of been on the PS2, its possible but im pretty sure it was on the PS1. This will sound insane but it could be a dream game i had in a dream when i was little. It is possible, my brother doesn't recall the game ither. Do you know whats strange though, when i was playing Family guy the Video game, i had a dream that the next upgrade for stewies weapons would be a purple pulse and rockets, shock when i saw that my upgrades were as i saw in my dream. And another dream i had was i was a mouse in a farm and the farmer was trying to kill me i rand though a hole in the shed and though a forest like tree line and run up too the road, then the dream ended, but then as my parents and I were traveling to Adelaide, we drove past a house, shed and the forest looking treeline that i saw in my dream,i was thinking, What the actully f##k, it was so weird?!?! have you had a moment like this?

Unfortunately, i never got the chance to play Final Fantasy on the PS1, i would get half way though the map up until the boat then it would crash. So i never got into the series. but when ever i started up the game, i would just leave it on, to listen to that amazing music. I think i might do that know. . thanx for the music

It had a birds eye view type of camera angle, the one that Syphon Filter uses, looks like third person or just a nomal MMO

Bad Blood doesn't seem to have been playable on the PS1 though

Are you sure its an MMO? I don't recall the PSX having any internet capability beyond link cable. That also leads to the second question, are you sure it was on PS1?

Oh my god yes. Though I think it was mostly hard because the mission objectives were so vague, and the general mechanics of the game. I think it was the last mission for both factions, there is a time limit but it's not shown, and you just have to stop those guys getting on the rocket or something. Or... maybe that wasn't the last mission but, yeah. Whatevs. But yeah, amazing game. Oh or those missions where you have to persuadeatron a high ranking person so you need to catch X number of civilians first but it's not really explained too much so it's too easy for like, all the civilians to end up dead or so. Lots of bugs and stuff too, like that third church of the new epoch mission where you have to indoctrinate a bunch of civilians then take one of those flying cars to the center island and catch the guy, but the car that you are meant to nick often just doesn't land even if you have enough civilians. Or people get stuck on terrain or whatever. Ugh. So much fun though.

yeah it was a great game i remember sitting in a closet (little computer room) with my bud and were we co-oping and its extremely vague now but yes i remember just failing missions for no reason and you could destroy buildings and cars, it was hella fun at the time. just punishing, i remember the dudes didn't really take many hits before they died so you had to play really cautiously. have to remember i was probably about 10 years old at the time, so going back 18 years or so my memory isn't that great if it didn't happen last week its just images.

Great, now I feel like playing Syndicate...

On topic though, seems like a fun game. Hiring dogs and walking them on mines? Whee. Can't really remember any game with stuff like that, though a few others come to mind regarding "futuristic, mmo-like rpg, third person view".

Syndicate (wars) would fit, except for the dog thing.

    Fucking gas grenades, man.

And those big fucking spider robots.

Nothing more satisfying though than setting up some huge amazing trap with razor wire and trigger wire and cerberus IFFs and seeing it all pay off <3

Well, sometimes those events like punks blowing up that bus stop on the 2nd church mission only happen when you get close, so I guess it could almost fit... Like, "hire" civilians to run into stuff like that and explode so you don't have to? Not quite dogs, but may as well be
