Raid, probably. Last boss... Somehow it wouldn't surprise me... Hoping for no though.

Considering he's the great hero Orc and this expansion is focusing on legendary orcs that were dead in the present timeline, yea I feel like he'll be there. Everyone you've seen through the story quests while leveling in WoD will likely be there in someway in the last raid/boss.
Most likely the wisest Enhancement Shaman.

Thrall's conscious gets the best of him and he confesses to a Demon-blood-Infused Grom that Garrosh was his son and that he cheated to kill him in Mok'Gora.

*Gorehowl sinks into Thrall's skull* We then loot Thrall and the Iron Horde joins the Horde.

It'd be the best ending to an expansion yet.

Green Jesus will be there and port away like usual then take credit for it when it is all said and done like usual

I hope Anduin is somehow, just for the rage it would incite.

That being said, I hope Thrall isn't, but I cannot imagine them passing up Thrall meeting Grommash again. Yrel will probably be there too though.

Without a doubt. Especially given that:
    A) Grom is heavily hinted to be last boss of WoD
    B) The dramatic look he gave to warlords in WoD intro.
    C) There is never enough Go'el marysueing himself.

I think Thrall will be 100% when us taking on Grommash. They were friends in our timeline, he killed his son. So yah, thrall will be more.

No. I expect to see him in the raid, but not on the last boss. I suspect we will see Khadgar though.

Reason I believe this... Watch Thrall through the quests (Horde side I guess) At the end of Frostfire Ridge... Thrall has the opportunity to help Drek'thar but he doesnt. During the invasion of the Frostwolf stronghold, Thrall just kind of stands around and doesn't really do anything.

I feel like Thrall isn't going to be the empowered green jesus he has been in the past. I don't believe he can successfully commune with the elements on Draenor.
Did you forget what he did to Garrosh at the end of the Nagrand questline? Anyway even if he couldn't commune with the elements he would still be able to fight, he's actually quite proficient in melee combat.

And given grommash great threats at the end of garrison campaign its quite possible he would say that.
