First of all is there going to be a story based questline like the other zones?
Will we get a cinematic like the other zones?
If not, then they just wasted our time again.

I dont see the point of creating new zone that we will go during the first 2 weeks, just upgrade the visual of Garrison, thats only place people are hanging around
Theres something to do with blood gems and draining a blood moon with the Bleeding Hollow clan. And you meet Ariok around there too. Not sure what happens when the moon is destroyed though.

For the Alliance, and for Azeroth!
WoD (technically) is sort of Timeless Isle while leveling, but not at level cap. At level cap it's very disjointed with many small areas without any reason to stick around. There are 2 rares that can drop a pet if I'm remembering it correctly. One is in a small area and the other is only accessible with an elevator and requires 5 people to make it attackable.
I have to say, this definetely seems like some sort of cool event. Hope something nice happens when its health reaches 0

...why is that? o_O
And how do you mean "easily amused"? I'm very casual these years (raided from ZG vanilla > ICC25HC, gave up hardcore raiding from Cata onwards).
MoP Battle Pets gave me exactly what I was looking for in an MMORPG - some alternative form of playstyle in the game while still interacting with other players (Pet trading, leveling, selling, Pet PVP, ect. it's a whole MMORPG unto itself really).
My hope for Tanaan is for at least a daily quest hub. Bonus points for getting rep with current WoD factions, but that can be achieved by Garrison Missions.
If there aren't any dailies in Tanaan, though, I'll probably only go there until I've done everything once. I'm out of patience for farming rare spawns for rare drops, even if they are cool. Timeless Isle killed the sense of progression.
Hopefully there's a story-centric questline similar to the leveling experiences in the other zones. If so, I'll probably go there on all my characters to enjoy it. If not, just my main.
It's not an anima orb. It's a thing in the bleeding hollow town in the north west. It's called the Blood Moon, and when you're in the town you get a progress thing at the top called "The power of the blood moon: x%" Hovering over the progress bar tells you that you can use uncharged gems to drain its power. Doing so gives you a currently grey item called blood filled gem, which says it could be valuable to someone. I'm assuming it will be used for something else. Anyway, it's possible that something interesting could happen when the moon is at 0%. But it takes forever to drain it.
It's also possible that the blood filled gems are just used for a rep thing, and that the only consequence of draining the blood moon is you can't gain any more. Either way, it's a shared drain with the server. So it's an interesting thing.

Ill be happy with even 3 dailys a day at this point tbh. My dream would be like 30 rares, 100 treasures with at least 25 being repeatable, and 10 dailys every day along with world bosses and a few events.
Well, I can confirm that the rares ARE repeatable, and work like the Shattrath rares. They can be killed multiple times (they don't lose their rare status to you when killed the first time) but the caveat is that they can only be looted once a day, and their unique blue item is NOT a confirmed drop. I killed the same rare twice on different characters. First time he just dropped some apexis and primals, but on my second toon, dropped a warforged ilvl 655 leather wrist.
A different rare dropped an ilvl 650 belt. So it seems like 650 is the norm, with the odd chance of warforged adding an extra 5 ilvls. Overall, not bad for gearing up alts, and don't worry about how would an undergeared alt be able to kill them, you can count on these guys being farmed constantly on the first few months of release.
I'm concerned at the current lack of content. (Heavy emphasis on the word CURRENT).
There is a small questchain that takes us to tanaan, and another small one where we establish a base there, and explore the main key areas of it, but then it just abruptly ends. And there's no dailies, or anything. There's some treasure hidden (I've been able to find ilvl 640 green weapons in 3 different places, like all treasures, can only be looted once, and you don't have to worry about others "Stealing it") here and there, and there's the legendary quest, as well as apexis dailies (Which are not exactly exciting for me. They boil down to "go to this sub-section of tanaan, kill enough mobs/click on shiny objects, until the progression bar is full, and voila)
I hope there's more to this place, because right now, its looking like a slightly better timeless isle, but that's about it. (The slightly better comes from being bigger, more variety of subzones, and having at least SOME plot going on in it. At this point, crumbs are better than nothing)
Por que odiar si amar es mas dulce? (*^_^*)
To be honest, I am a bit miffed the Tanaan jungle will be all demon-y once we get there. The small pocket of jungle we ventured through right after destroying the Dark Portal in the introduction was probably my favourite area of Draenor. That felt like the truly immersive foray into a savage world we were expecting, before it all turned to open air crags or grasslands. I was really hoping for this zone to be a huge and lush jungle with pockets of demonic influence. Instead, it seems to be a fel wasteland with pockets of jungle thrown in here and there.
I dare you people to run trough here:
