Unless it's a streamer with a lot of money to spend on hardware. Then it'll be the 30fps one that is used. For the really good streaming clients it isn't cheap and it requires quite the set up to utilize it properly.

She's worse off than Haeru. Haeru at least was important for some time, she was just Ning's ticket to passing the test.

I'd say she is still better off though, she gets to train at the best place possible for her but for haeru he is given god sparks so he can never become strong, and there are still people who could kill him there when they left.
