The spoiler is basically me, too. As I said above, I generally have a day or two (usually weekend) where I binge watch stuff and catch up on the stuff I care about.

I thought that was pretty straightforward with its idea - that most manga (and anime) have no subtlety and are written and drawn with simple extremes of emotion permeating all their characters.

Well, whether it's an annoying meme or not doesn't alter whether it's true.

It is important to differentiate between a trend and simply stereotyping. "Autistic people are disproportionately represented in anime/manga culture" and "everybody who consumes anime/manga is autistic" are not the same.

The movies are recaps, cutting out and thinning down the story right up until the final episode. Some changes(to the deaths) were REALLY stupid. That being said, watch the second movie right from where episode 27 starts. That part alone is worth it.
