I have: GeForce gtx 745, intel(r) core(tm) i7 - 4790 CPU at(cant post at sign) 3.6GHz, so 3.6GHz cpu speed, 16 gb ram

can I run it on recommended settings?

I can run grand theft auto V on recommended settings.

Assuming a resolution of 1920x1080, you're realistically looking at low settings.

Your CPU is good but that GPU is terrible, entry-level budget stuff. Don't expect good performance.

Mine is a GTX 550ti (I think), I don't know if it's better, but his other hardwares are, and my GW2 runs on medium custom settings...

For MMOs GPU matter way less than CPU. OP should be fine.
