Ok, so blizzard said they will implement flying weeks after 6.2, and there is no sign of ptr yet.
So when do you people think the flying will come (on live)
My bet is that it will come about month before Q3 so they can keep people subbed longer.

They said in a 6.2.x patch, which should really be in a few months when we've exhausted our mains and a few alts of the Tanaan content.
Isn't it ironic how education is important, yet people forget all about it when they visit the internet?
They probably won't rush it, it will make people excited and most are still engaged with doing Tanaan dailies and seeing the new raid.
flying was already implement in TBC
If they could get it done in the next weeks sometime, that would be nice. Maybe around the same time the garrison campaign ends.
If its much later than that, lots of people will probably be done with 6.2/WoD by then and it will just be a waste.
"And all those exclamation marks, you notice? Five?
A sure sign of someone who wears his underpants on his head."
Rofl flying in dreanor will never happen. That flying in dreanor announcement was just a lie to keep ppl subbed for a bit longer.
The longer it takes to implement 6.2.x - the more this situation proves, that flying was removed with clear intention to cut down cost of WOD development and rush it's release. Blizzard told us, that Draenor was ready for flying - i.e. no unfinished content, but...what now? It will take month or two to fix it? Lol. Don't you see a contradiction here?
Good thing: in next xpack pathfinder achievement will go live with 7.0, which means, we'll be able to completely ignore any subsequent TI-like patches, cuz they'll have their own achievements to unlock flying! I'm wondering now, why pathfinder achievement is not splitted into Draenor and Tanaan ones, cuz I think, that it's the right way to implement it. In this case I would unlock Draenor only in order to be able to lvlup alts, but I wouldn't even set a step into Tanaan, cuz I hate TI-like content.
I agree to do Tanaan only cuz it's better, then no flying at all. Blizzard turned return of flying into great and really hard victory of Wow community, so they think, that they can dictate the terms of this deal. But... It really feels, that right from the beginning Blizzard wanted to use flying as hostage in order to prolong 6.0 content's life and save Q2 report as the result.
I don't care about Wow 11.0, if it's not solo-MMO. No half-measures - just perfect xpack.
Geez, I really thought it would be on the PTR last week and live by the end of the month. But now, who knows? If it stretches out until August, I'll quit again.
Christmas or blizzcon
Sounds like they're racking up the things for this "minor patch" at this point.
I'd say this month yet.
FFXIV - Maduin (Dynamis DC)
I would guess/ hope flying will be live by the end of July. I wouldn't think it would take more the an a week on the PTR to test it out.
When work feels overwhelming, remember that you're going to die.
When they see their sub numbers begin to drop, we will get flying. People will sub for one more month then realize there's still no content to fly to and after that we'll get a new expansion.
