As the title suggests, do you?
Me personally. I know ghosts and stuff are not real, but... I can never shake off this feeling that I get sometimes when I'm out in the dark at night.

I was going to comment with my opinion but you gave me your opinion and it kind of swayed my opinion. So now I don't really know if it's because of what you said or that's what I really thought to begin with.
yes
but only cause i experienced it first hand
otherwise i would think its silly
but its not...its creepy as shit
I think paranormal is just over active imaginations, trying to visualize threats that aren't there due to humanity needing at one time to be on alert against unseen threats from the jungle/wilderness.

Not in a sharing mood?
No. There's plenty of real things to be scared of.
Like super AIDS.
I don't believe in things such as ghosts, demons, witches and the like. I always say I'd mess with an Ouiji board if I could.
I believe that everything has an explanation. I also believe that our current knowledge of science does not yet account for all phenomena (duh!). In other words, I'm a realist that acknowledges that we don't know everything. From there, it is easy to make the logical gap to take the paranormal seriously, not because it actually is paranormal, but because it is in fact normal yet unknown. My current hypothesis is the existence of higher dimensional beings, and no I'm not joking. There are too many people over too many eras that have claimed too many stories for me to think they are ALL liars. It is easier for me to believe in 5th+ dimensional beings that we don't understand or even know how to realistically observe.
I believe that all the pennies being found around in the nook and crannies of my house are from spiders trying to pay rent.
Ignoring the paranormal is quite a feat...... lol
It's called paranormal because we just don't have a plausible explanation at hand.
It's like saying that UFO's don't exist.
When in fact, it's your own fault to associate something different than what it actually means..
Paranormal means unexplained... Same with Unidentified flying object.
Neither automatically mean outer-wordly

paranormal
[ ˌparəˈnôrməl ]
ADJECTIVE
denoting events or phenomena such as telekinesis or clairvoyance that are beyond the scope of normal scientific understanding:
"a mystic who can prove he has paranormal powers"
Not just unexplained by science. Beyond the SCOPE of science. It's more religion than science. By that I mean scientists studied it, found all the proponents of paranormal events were full of shit and ignored it after that.
I honestly dont know what has this effect on me though
Sometimes if I am walking at night, even with friends, I always feel a need to look over my shoulder.
Nah. Most often people claiming these stories and events are not lying, they really, truly believe what happened was real. It wasn't. But that doesn't change the fact that in their minds it definitely did happen and nothing you can say otherwise could convince them it wasn't real.
I live in an old big creeky plantation house, at night you can hear all sorts of noises and knockings. Sometimes it sounds EXACTLY like there's someone walking down the stairs, or walking in the room above. It's clear as day. Sometimes I am sure I can hear the bedroom doorknob turning in the middle of the night (It's old and squeaky). If you were the sort of person to believe that sort of thing might be real, you would think for sure this house was haunted. As a matter of fact most of the people I know DO think it is. It's just how humans are.
I don't count myself in that category, I think it's BS, but one night I could hear "thud, thud, thud" walking on the floorboards upstairs. I was 99% convinced there was someone upstairs. Freaked me out completely. But of course, when I checked, there was nothing.
If I get killed by a ghost i would then become a ghost and that would be really awkward for the ghost.
Unless they were hot in which case we'd have wild ghost sex.
The world isn't as bad as you think.
Nope...
...is what I tell myself anyway. If I truly didn't believe in the paranormal I wouldn't get freaked out every time the floor creaks or the screen door on the porch starts squeaking.

Hey I can do that too...

Normal won't need a dictionary reference now I hope..
My point with the UFO comparison still stands.... It's called paranormal because it's beyond current explanation.
That does in no way shape or form mean that it has to be of ghostly nature. There could very well be a proper explanation, and then it's no longer paranormal.
Which happens all the time actually.
Same with UFO... Once it's identified we know what it is... that too happens all the time..

No, I do not believe in the paranormal. The reason is simple, no evidence to support it. No, "anecdotal evidence" doesn't count. There is a reason why "anecdotal evidence" is not used in science.
