Would female leadership improve the world?

So, the question seems simple enough, would a female leadership bring a better more just, equitable and over all better run world? Be it more peaceful, less pollution, less crime, less poverty, less ecological destruction, ect.

Would putting women in power change things and why?

Not in the slightest. The most detested politician in U.K. history was a woman, women lead pirate ships just as brutal as the men did, and last time I checked women are just as capable in general of fucking up as we men are.

To Clarify, I am not stating it would be better,

I am completely neutral for the purposes of this topic. I am simply seeking what people think. Cool thyne Jets good sir.

    *takes a look around*

Considering how it worked out in my country, UK, Brazil, etc... yeah no, just as shitty as other countries. Now imagine if the only reason some of those previously mentioned made it were because of victim points on top of that. May for once someone win who is at least semi competent.. .

I just mean I think it's a silly idea. Sadly a lot of people believe in it, but there's no reason to think women would do better than men.

Besides, any women capable of reaching such a position would be as far removed from your average woman as the male leaders are from the average man. "Well the women I meet are so nice and caring, Margaret Thatcher must be too" is a ridiculous line of reasoning.

To quote a great man - If women ran the world we wouldn’t have wars, just intense negotiations every 28 days.

If it were a 100% female maybe, the problem is if there are men, the women will have to act like men too. You can only meet violence with violence.

Take someone like Putin, he would threaten violence, the female leaders would back down. So women in leadership positions have to act like men too.

In most of the western world we certainly have gender diversity in political leadership to varying levels (but still, enough for groups to be diverse enough that a female-gendered perspective will be heard). This is also true for quite many developing countries as well.

Sadly I don't think political leadership is what matters most and when it comes to entrepreneurship or science, the scales still tilt in favor of males. Yet in the coming generation numbers suggest that women in higher education outnumber men by a significant margin so that may change in years to come.
Leaders are a group but they do not group together.

    and

Men are sex driven animals deprived of rational thought 99% of the time. Yes. The answer to your question is yes.

There's been plenty of brilliant female leaders (except for the US), there's been plenty of brilliant male leaders.

I'm not sure gender is a huge part of what makes a great leader.
