Solution of easy questing problem

I was struggling with completing Unlimited potential on 88lvl DK. While being completely naked I was taking 40% HP per hit, so quest was impossible to complete. Wowhead comments provided easy solution. Same solution can be used to solve outgearing problem. So:
1) Unequip all gear
2) Die via falling from high altitude
3) Res at spirit healer and get -75% dmg debuff
4) ...
5) PROFIT!

I believe we're getting a toy in Legion that allows us to "mortally wound" a [low level] target.
