Can confirm that you don't need ANY rep exalted.
I had:
- Xavius kill
- AK6
- Artifact level 20
- Not spoken with Velen, not done Archimonde (either) or Kil'jaeden
- Revered with Nightfallen and Highmountain, Court of Farondis and Dreamweavers. Honored with Valarjar and Wardens

So it seems the only requirement is AK5, as someone else had already debunked the Xavius kill.

Just got mines at Azuna via soul mages.
AK 6
Nightfallen exalt only, everything else is at revered.
Talked to both Velen and the Court of Stars eredar boss.

Confirming something changed, 0 Exalteds, AK 6, Xavius Killed, Valen / archimonde / KJ not visited.
Did blizzard ACTUALY forget to remove Rep gate from some kind of early brainstorming.... would it surprise anyone...?

No luck for me in the last 30 mins in Azsuna. AK6, Xavius killed, almost exalted with HM, revered everywhere else. Only 13 points into Demo artifact, however.

I can confirm that you do not need exalted in anything to get the first head. I just got revered with everyone, first head dropped after killing Defilers in HBG after about 5 minutes. I haven't done anything else suggested either. I have AK 6.

Can everyone that suddenly dropped head without any rep confirm they are from US realms?
Im in EU realms and no drop yet. To clarify :
AK6
NF exalted only
nhc xavius kill
revered everywhere
18points into artifact.
If you guys are all from US realms it would confirm a stealth rep hotfix in latest patch that we didnt get yet in EU.

To the unlucky ones, keep faith, it took me 1 hour and a half to drop the 1st head and 5h+ to drop the skin...
It's only a matter of luck !

I can confirm you don't need Valarjar exalted.
Just had the head drop. HM and NF exalted. 21 AP. Xavius normal kill. EU realm.

For you guys that got the head today - did you do anything you had not done yet yesterday (or even last week)? I mean like, complete an achievement, quest, dungeon, etc.
There are still quite a few people with similar "stats" as you that are still unable to get the head to drop - just wondering if we are missing something you have in common.
