Local brand (with lactose) 0.5%, I've gotten used to it and prefer it over 1.5% and 3%. I probably drink at least 1 liter per day; milk is life.

I honestly don't drink lactose milk anymore. Not for any reason in particular. During a health kick I switched to almond milk, and just never switched back. I really like the faint vanilla flavor with cereals and smoothies.
That said, as someone who really enjoys cooking and making new dishes... Almond Milk does NOT function the same in cooking. Anything that calls for milk, I'll have to actually go out and get some for that. Pudding, baking, anything that requires a milk protein aspect does not work >.<

I use skim milk for almost everything, just because I always watch what I eat.
If calories didn't exist, I would put heavy cream in almost everything, instead of skim milk. Even in cereal. Mmmmmm. Yes. That might make me barf, but it'd be delicious. I might even substitute butter instead.
I'm only partially joking. More fat content = more delicious milk, imo.
Chocolate followed by whole.
Love Lewis Black's type of milk though. :P
I remember in grade school we had this milk machine sponsored by some group in our school. They had Banana Milk. It was so good. Yeah it was basically sugar and artificial flavor.
Now i add a little fat with 2%.

Chocolate milk best milk
The low fat one 1.5%. I don't like drinking milk, only use it for my breakfast oats porridge.
Unsweetened, plain coconut milk for just about everything that can handle it. Coconut milk doesn't mix well with everything, however, so I'll use plain, unsweetened almond milk instead (e.g., certain recipes, protein shakes, etc.). Prefer the taste of coconut milk, though.
Almond, definitely almond.
Unfortunately almond milk is also awful for the environment...
I never drink milk but if I had to it would be chocolate.
Breast milk. No lie it tastes incredible.
