    Shifting Tanzanite nerfed
A lot of melee DPS classes will be very sad about this, but the good old [item=30549] got nerfed from +5 Strength +4 Agility to +5 Agility and +6 Stamina.

Re: New PTR Build - Tier 6 and class changes

Removing stamina... from the FERAL set pieces? What the hell... they also kept +stamina socket bonuses and increased armor value. :x I want to work or Blizzard, free drugs for all emplyees it seems.

Re: New PTR Build - Tier 6 and class changes

rofl gife back stamina on those items

Re: New PTR Build - Tier 6 and class changes

Fast 4x S3 + 4x T6 nerf? It seems so as prot items still have loads of STA but then prot is useless for PvP. Feral could use those items for PvP but it is stupid change for PvE.

Re: New PTR Build - Tier 6 and class changes

Paying half a leg for anyone to check the mage mana changes once the PTR is up.

I was thinking the same thing. Stamina is a big deal for a Feral Druid. What the hell are Blizzard thinking?

Re: New PTR Build - Tier 6 and class changes

meh, we'll see how that goes. One of the reasons they may have removed stamina is because they didn't want you guys to have more HP (Don't ask why) without gimping lower tier druids (ie, coefficient bust)

Still, this is what I call a patch. Actual class changes... AV join as group option, and:
Matchmaking: If a queued player has a personal rating higher than their team rating, the matchmaking system will now use the highest personal rating of a queued member of that team for matchmaking purposes, instead of the team rating.
personally, I'm interested to see how the EM/NS thing will work out. Now they need to change Enhancement like so.

Edit before post: spell hit on priest healing seems odd, but maybe they want to give you some offensive capability hen using DoTs, shackle or other spells?

    Nice.

Let's hope the other parts to the 'fake' patch notes come true for mages aswell. The 100% spell pushback on icy veins and the 30% spell pushback with the talent (frozen core was it?)

Maybe for when you're grinding outside of raids, you won't get as many resists? Not sure tho, it is a strange change.

Re: New PTR Build - Tier 6 and class changes

do you think that they will put set bonuses like t3??
    like set bonus (2) (4) (6) (8)

  15. #15

Re: New PTR Build - Tier 6 and class changes

Considering this new build was pushed with some PVP changes, I'd assume the stamina was removed to prevent certain classes from obtaining both the 4pc Gladiator and 4pc T6 Bonus in PVP.

they wont. its been said it will stay as 2 and 4, basically coz sunwell gear > t6, but t6 bonus is made primarily of win
Lag - Network related. High server response time, stop downloading.
Low FPS - Your computer can't keep up with the game - buy a better one

Dalaran doesn't lag (often) your pc just sucks.

Re: New PTR Build - Tier 6 and class changes

    wtf emberstorm?

    That's... different.

As only 2% decrease, that makes incin's cast time ~2.45s.
    At 10% full, ~2.25s

More importantly, this would behave oddly with other haste gear. I'll reserve judgment until someone does some maths.
However, if the ISB change is true along with this, we could be seeing a shift for destruction raid builds.

Edit: and holy crap, with points taken away from stamina, the new T6 pieces are amazing for DPS.

    Less Drain Mana???? BOOOO

Re: New PTR Build - Tier 6 and class changes

yay, removing stamina from priests and mages who already have HP problems even when fully epic geared. Seriously what are they smoking?
