I think blizz finally fired the guy who has been designing our tier gear. T9 looks GREAT! I love it! It keeps in with the pally/alliance motif great with the colors that were chosesn. Gold + Blue = win.

I like everything about it and it looks like its going to be a full set again, boots and belt included.

I guess its personal opinion but I dont care for the look of the ally plate. That doesnt mean I hate every model blizzard has put out lately, I just dont like the look of this particular set.

In all honesty, it looks more like PvP gear. Look at S5 Paladin Gear. Then look at S6 Paladin gear. They get a bit added each time, and to me, the "wings" look like the part that got added for S7.

GOD that s5 helm was FUGLY. This one looks much much better. Kind of reminds of an armor set my warrior on Guild Wars had back in the day...

same basic model, different skins. Look at the chest emblems and the skins on the helms. They are different. And they all have different colors.

They probably are T9 Sets. You gotta remember the new raid (don't remember name) is pretty much an arena event..

I am not convinced they are T9

3 different classes with nothing more than very minor color changes, They usually do the color changing for each different spec of class, then you have the 10/25man differences, im gonna side with the ones saying its the arena gear, atm, it looks very much like thats the case

Well they still may very well add more sets, we are only just finding out what one set for each of the three plate classes look like. Gotta give it some time

Im assuming this is the whole thing with the tiers having unique faction looks, to coincide with the whole arena feel of the Coliseum, and I kind of like it, its more trying to give a feel of faction distinction than class, which I think some people will kind of like, seeing as one of the constant complaints is everything just feels like the horde and alliance are just titles and don't mean anything. Now the 2 can feel a bit more distinct.

I kind of like how they are doing it (from what I can tell) where similar armor types look similar faction wise, but each have their own little flavors, such as the DK dark blue almost black tinge, and how each one has a different chest emblem.

Can't wait to see the horde!
