Whilst you are running heroics, stop spamming nourish. If you think have to stop to heal in a heroic, go roll a pally.
Love, a bear.
PS, don't get me wrong, I love you all, just stop playing your druid like paladin!

Dear Tree Druids,
Please take the OP's advice with a grain of salt. HoTs are your number 1 resource (and you should have at least one, if not all three, on the tank at all times) but sometimes the tank will take a spike of damage or may consistently take more damage than your HoTs alone can handle. Rely on Swiftmend first and foremost when it's available. But when it's not, use Nourish. It's an excellent direct heal. And no, you aren't a bad Druid or a wannabe-Paladin if you use Nourish when it's needed.
Sincerely, an informed Tree.

Also, Lifebloom doesn't waste my mana all that much. I have plenty of regen. If you ever go oom in a heroic then you either have a bad tank or you aren't geared for the dungeon.
About the Nourish thing, it's a great spell with the glyph, you can heal a ton with a short cast time.
Fairly certain he would've omitted Wild Growth from the count because it's not a single target heal and should never be used as just a tank heal (yes if glyphed it improved your Nourish by 5%, grats, however the GCD cost could've been another entire Nourish cast giving you much more than 5% extra healing on your other casts). Don't get me wrong, WG is a great spell, but if the party / raid doesn't need healing, don't use it.Originally Posted by Kaleid

Please also tell your fellow DPS death knight friends that whilst they may have tank gear left over from Naxx10 runs, that does not qualify them for being a tank, and they shouldn't queue for random heroics as said tank.

Dear bear tank,
Know what you are talking about before you make stupid posts.
Thanks

Dear Bear,
I know we've had troubles and all healing you in Icecrown Citadel, but if I didn't use nourish on you when Marrowgar is beating you down you'd probably be deader then the Kennedy family. Althought I do raid heal with simply rejuvenation or regrowth depending on the situation.
Your friend,
20% dodge reduction.

IF you are in a heroic. DON'T just spam nourish. ROLL your hots as well. DON'T JUST SPAM NOURISH WITHOUT USING YOUR HOTS. I know what I'm talking about, thank you. Yes nourish does mad healing in a short space of time; if you use your hots to go with it.
Sunfyre: Nice try at calling me out on gear, no cigar.
Cinnabono: If you're healing in ICC, do what you fucking want as long as everyone stays alive. But I expect you roll hots as well like the rest of them.

To the OP's point, I was just in a heroic where the tree had 2% healing done by rejuv, 43% from nourish. He then proceeded to claim to be awesome.
I wanted to push him off his occulus mount.
Dear Bear,
I approve of your point after your clarification.
Multiple times I've seen trees who only spam Nourish and doesn't utilize their hots (
This makes me wanna cry.
10man/25man Trial of the Crusader gear doesn't impress me. Apparently the one heroic you DON'T tank is Heroic Trial of the Crusader.Originally Posted by Shinshiva

Isnt it sad when a player finds a crap player in a heroic, and at the end of it ( or after 21312312 wipes ) he goes to mmo-champion.com and creates a topic about it?
If he cant heal, u vote him out, and get a new healer.. its gonna take u 20sec.. I really dont understand why u need to post a topic about it.. If everyone were like u..mmo-champion would need a mainframe to operate!
With love,

Ohohoho! Is funny because your gear is not good at all.Originally Posted by Shinshiva

This is one of those situations where all the information up front would have been helpful. L2giveallrequiredinfo. idiot.Originally Posted by Shinshiva
oh yeah if you are going to brag on your gear. atleast have some progression to back it up? I heard the keepers in 10man Ulduar are really tough.
His ilvl 200 brew trinket though? Damn pro..
No wait? ilvl 200? on this op droo? wth?
ZOMGOSH ILVL AND GEARSCORE IS ALL THAT MATTERS ZMOGZOMGZOMG. clearly, it having 170stamina, does not make it good at all. oh no. never. if you're gonna bash someone's low level gear, atleast point out a useless piece, and not one of the best EH trinkets for a tank if you're not raiding ulduar or higher content.Originally Posted by deathtognomes
you're right. 170 stam trinkets are awesome. Much better than 162 stam trinket from uld 25 with dodge on use? or 192 stam trinkets with stam on use? or black heart? or greatness? or eitrigg's oath? or glyph of indomitability? or any of the new trinkets?Originally Posted by LizzýEU
Brewfest trinkets are pretty much garbage. So is badge tier gear. The only piece of gear that took the slightest amount of skill on this guy is his neck which drops off regular 25 man twins... grats on that...
What do you know about ICC besides marrowgar?Originally Posted by Shinshiva

if you had read the ops post, you'd have seen we're talking heroics. and people already pointed out he hasn't raided much content. as for ALL the trinkets you mentioned, yes, most are better, but you also need them to drop. and if you had read my post, you would have seen the "one of the best EH trinkets for a tank if you're not raiding ulduar or higher content." he's already got the badge trinket aswell. as for only having one 25man toc piece, what's to say he didn't just pug toc and get lucky, lot of people do not raid on a regular basis and have access to absolutely all gear in game.Originally Posted by getefix
TL;DR, read posts before quoting, douche
First time I did FoS, we had a resto druid who continuously non stop over and over kept casting nourish while taking damage. It was absolutely absurd.
