What you do not realise is if Malfurion does take the place as the leader of the night elves Darnassus will no longer be the night elf capitol city. Malfurion was against the planting of Darnassus because Teldrassil was meant to be a new world tree so night elves could re-obtain immortality and it was staghelm behind its planting. Malfurion would want no part in the use of teldrassil and its actually more surprising that Tyrande is even there since she is not really behind it either.

Yeah he does, they're a sign of how strong in the Druidic arts he is if I recall. I think that was mentioned in the War of the Ancients trilogy.

I hope they kill off Tyrande. Horrible woman. Purely because of her arrogance and her lack of wanting to help anybody with anything when Malfurion isnt there to ease her.

That being said - if Malfurion woke up and found Tyrande dead or was with her when Tyrande died do you know HOW badass he'd get afterwards? He'd go into rage and just release druid magic at every enemy that threatens the world.

Staghelm being a baddie in Cata would be pretty awsome... I don't need an excuse to kill NEs even on ally alts
