You have hit the point where parry>dodge for you, if you didn't know.
I believe that if speccing into improved disciples is not worth it if you don't have the glyph. That's your call though as maybe you dislike the reduced damage reduction.
Also like the 2pc T10.

Your specc doesn't really make sense to me as I really can't see how you would have rage issues so I'd reccomend going with a normal 15/3/53 specc instead.

Cant really complain about nothing, seems to be in order. I (big I) have never been a fan of the 30stam/15resi shoulder enchant. But I guess that's anybodys choice. Might be low on hit but you've compensated with a taunt glyph, and that's nothing to complain about.

Your gear is amazing. Period. The only change I would make is to swap that +10def/+15stam gem for the +10hit/+15stam. You're under 200 hit rating which is what I find to make a noticeable difference with misses.

For talents, Improved Revenge can be dropped since the Devastate damage buff makes it equal almost now. Those 2 points can now be better spent elsewhere, especially since you can't stun a boss as is, the stun proc is wasted. With dropping those 2 points you won't be using Revenge as much, you can drop the Glyph of Revenge for Glyph of Devastate. Extra threat out of Devastate. Although, your setup for the free heroic strikes and then if it crits you actually gain rage is an interesting concept. I personally don't find myself using Revenge as much. Perhaps if this buff that GC spoke of today goes through I would reconsider it.

Overall, I'd give a 9.5/10 the gear choices are second to none, and the talent choices are are solid, with some preferential choices that don't matter as much in the end.

You have a good set. You could get a couple of upgrades from various 3.2 raids. As for your spec, Its pretty solid. IMO I would go for that extra point in focused rage but eh. Im not sure if you swap glyphs on the fly but You can drop the glyph of blocking and trade it in for a Last Stand or Shield Wall just for the 2min CDs. But hey everybody is to his/her own

Well geared, nearly all ICC or Frost Emblems. Although I personally wouldn't go for the 4 set bonus it is a nice option when you happen to get a lot of marks or being unlucky on the 25 man drops.

Gems are pretty good, def and expertise capped like you should. Although I personally prefer the 18 stamina on my shield. Its not much, but its something.

Some things:
1. Glyph of Vigilance?
2. Drop Cruelty, finish Deep Wounds. The Imp. Revenge points can be better spent elsewhere IMO (mine are in Focused Rage).

Though I'm sure they'll buff Revenge so Imp. Revenge will become desirable again.

Pretty decent set up you got going on. Armor is at a great level. You're a little light on exp so I'd recommend the exp enchant on gloves instead of threat/parry. True, the +2% threat will make up for the threat component of exp, but it wont help with the dmg. Although there are very few bosses that parry gib, there are a couple and the added exp will help reduce spike dmg. I'd also recommend the +armor to back. You're in no danger of dropping below the crit immunity cap and the added mitigation will pay off in ICC.

5/10 yikes if this is your raid build. If you're just doing heroics, then you're prob "okay".

Gear Red Flags:
1. Health is a bit low, I'd recommend the pvp shoulder chant. If you need the Def, Gem for it or get it for your chest. Also, pick up a belt buckle for an easy +30 stam. Work on your blacksmith so you can socket your wrists and gloves. Same with mining for the stam boost.
2. Could use some new wrists. There are come craftable ones that should be easy to get.
3. Your hit is really low. Consider Accuracy or Wep Chain for your 1H and hit for your hands.
4. ArP gem in feet? Really?


Glyphs/spec:
1. Revenge should (prob) be dropped from your rotation so i'd recommend a different glyph and drop the imp rev from your spec.
2. Many posts have been written on how deep wounds > cruelty, move a couple points out of Cruelty into Deep wounds and rejoice. Unless your having rage issues, consider moving those points from Focus rage to more survivability talents i/e imp shield wall.

I would say 9/10 cause I don't like defense gems myself, I understand the choices though , only think that would be more useful is maybe some crafted leggs for crazy armor
