No, it's not the same universe (Starcraft is "our" future) and the pyramids looks like exactly what they are, pyramids. Heck, to be fair, they look like Goa'uld Motherships.

Titan stuff glows blue.

Titan stuff is all mechanical like

Pyramid is in the desert.

Everything in the desert is yellow-orange

Hence you get a mechnaical pyramid that is orangish and glows blue, but that doesnt make it a nexus

SC has a timeline that they released, WoW probably doesn't that I know about

blizzard did make a joke by putting Azeroth in the SC universe, but it was a joke

Diablo is a completely different universe and is in no way, ever connected in any way
Demons = demons RL humans believe in
Angels = angels RL humans believe in

oh and Sanctuary is on the back of God who happens to be a dragon

In WC it is a lot different in that, it isn't as cool

BTW, ever heard of Warhammer Fantasy and Warhammer 40.000? they are insanely similar settings, but are confirmed to be different universes.

I was going to link that pyramid, Wattsxi :/

Anyway, I always thought that certain Draenei architecture resembled Protoss architecture, also the Pyramid does look somewhat like a protoss Nexus but it also reminds me heavily of Stargate SG-1's Goa'uld stuff.

I do believe that Blizzard might actually interweave the 2 franchises in the future. It would not even take really heavy retconning to fix lore issues between Starcraft and Warcraft. Something like a big-ass meteor crashing down on Azeroth, reshaping the entire world but causing the Human race to live, albeit almost eradicated. Perhaps even the Humans all die and it takes millions of years of evolution to create another Human race, this time they evolve the way Earth's races evolved and from that moment on, the Starcraft universe takes place. If that would be the case, the Azeroth we know is extinguished and Earth is born through a new start for the planet.

Wouldn't be too hard to imagine imo. =)
