Hate the player not the class.

Any class can be OP if played correctly.

Maybe this guy wasn't very good. Regardless, you seemed to think he was a huntard before you knew anything about him. You made this evident in the first sentence fragment that came out of your mouth.

All I see in this conversation is you being a cocky jerk and attacking this kid from the go. You were even arrogant enough to think you were totally right, even to the point of starting a thread on it.

Maybe you should stop playing WoW and invest more time interacting with people in real life. The anonymity of the internet may allow you to get away with being an ass, to some extent, but once WoW's gone and you want to invest more time with your friends/family you're going to be at a loss. You can't be so disrespectful of others without reaping the consequences. And don't think to yourself for a second that you can act that way online without it counting or it bleeding over into real life.

How you treat others, in any forum, serves to define what kind of person you are. If you're an a-hole to people online but pretty much nice to everyone in real life then you're, at the core, an a-hole. What you do with that anonymity shows your true colors.

Maybe you've heard before that a man's character is defined by what he is when no one is around. The way you act when you're alone, even more so when you're with people online, is the kind of person you are. If you aren't proactive about changing how you act then you won't change. You'll continue to be ass and one day regret all your failed relationships and maybe wind up a bitter person. Don't dismiss this just because you're a teenager thinking you'll change when you get older; I'm also one so I understand this kind of thinking.

You may think this was one insignificant circumstance but these kinds of things add up. You act like this for a while and it'll become worse in both quantity and quality. I know this is the internet and there's little room for seriousness, but I hope you don't totally blow this off and think to yourself 'LOL'.

TL;DR this was meant for the OP so you probably won't be at a loss if you don't read it
    Marry me! <3

Not only was OP, like you pointed out, biased against the hunter simply BECAUSE he was a hunter, and then pulled every cheap troll argument to try and ridicule the guy, but he edited what the hunter said to try and make him look worse..

    Bad retardin is bad. ><

Re: Why Hunters are STILL called Huntards

Huntards, being called that was something in regards the the large wave of hunter noobs that were created in BC days.
Hunters were OP like ret pallies for a period in BC, beastial Wrath was just so OP like a ret paladin with stun and avenging wrath when their dmg was way to high, was the same thing as hunters, and a 20 sec long immunity to every CC hurt.

So like typical noobs do, they created huntards everybody leveled one, they got nerfed somewhat over time many still played. But here's where the huntard really shined, some apply to other classes, but hunters were so easy to level and seemed so fail proof (or prone) only true noobs stuck out when playing this class:

-Always pulling threat off the tank, back in BC single target threat was an issue, and would almost always die w/o any feign death used ever, some didn't know what threat meant thought it was diff from 'aggro' and thought it didn't work and was just a cool animation.

-Hunters pulling mobs and bosses by auto shot them before anybody was ready.

-MDing shit to the wrong target, or pulling groups before the tank without MD ever being used and getting killed.

-Rolling on every piece of loot because most huntards didn't know how to gear.

    - A wave of hunters before BC, that thought a melee spec would work at anything.

    - Hunters actually trying to run in melee range so they can use a trap thinking it was better dps.

    - Hunters who never took pets off aggressive and more fail pulls. Pets that would always break CC, sending pets to attack wrong targets even mobs not in the same group.

-Hunters way too easy to play in BC, pet did half the work for you, u just did auto shot and aimed shot and steady shot.

-Hunters being one of the best kiting classes, yet most of them failed at kiting behind a melee, warrior, or rogue who could kite better and take less damage as melee.

-Hunters that didn't know crap about mana management, some wanted to stack to much of it (also rolled on caster gear) others probably didn't know they used mana, nearly that stupid.

-Would get pissed if they lost a melee weapon to a melee class.

    - Hunters would offer themselves for CC roles, break their own traps, tank adds, get killed wipe the raid/group because they were relying on that target being CCed.

-Not know what tranq shot is.

    - FD when the mob is next to a healer, when only other person with threat is a healer.
    -and many more i"m sure...

Sure is a lot of people in here who can't read.
    Priest Warrior
You are not your role. You are not how much gold you have on your account.
You are not the mount you ride. You are not the contents of your bank.
You are not your epic purples. You are not a special and unique snowflake.
You are the all-grinding, all-farming crap of Azeroth.
