So today I got HC HoL as my random heroic. When we got to the flame giant boss, an ICC geared mage with about 6k GS started spamming DPS meters to show his 1337 dps (he did 9.5k dps) and called us all garbage.
Than I asked him "If you are so good, why dont you tell us your arena rating?". He than linked us his amazing 1750 achieve, to which I laughed my ass off.
He than asked me like "and whats ur rating loser?" , to which i responded with 2.3k. After about a minute of silence from him, he responds back with "well im not a pvp player". I told him how PvE is hard and pressing 2 button rotation makes him skilled. Than he just died to some trash and I refused to ress him, so he left.

You should have told him 9.5k dps for a mage on a heroic boss is nothing. 5.5k gs mages do 12k popping cooldowns on heroic bosses.

sorry, but youre the one ending up to look like a retard here...
first of all, PvE > PvP. If he did 9.5K DPS, i was probably a PVE'er, no1 cares abour arena rating, anyone can get that... Its the PvE boss kills that matters! Something which you fail to see...
If you wanna compare yourself to a player, and youre thinking about PvP, go to a BG or arena... Thats for PvP'ers... PvE'ers tend to go to such interesting places as PvE places - you know, dungeons, raids, HEROICS?

Tbh it is you that looks like a retard in this discussion. Pve > Pvp and it will always do. The only pvp achievement that counts is rank 14. Rest is just garbage.

You can get pulled thru ICC25HC easily, but not so easily thru 2V2
