Do any other hunters out there hate the color of the focus bar. I know it's not a big deal but i really dont like the orangish brownish color. I'm hoping they will change it. What do you guys think?

Hate would be a little too strong of a word for me. I don't love it... I would say it registers at about a "meh". Can addons such as Pitbull allow you to change the color of bars?

google image search "color of focus" the first couple hits makes me think this is what blizzard did.

I'm sure someone out there has already made an addon that turns the UI display to show a penis in place of a focus meter to better display how much e-peen they have while using steady shot...

If players can get a set up a DK UI showing runes of choice I'm fairly certain that altering the color would be simple.

You'll get used to it.. Honestly I think it looks good, but that's merely an opinion.
