What, in your opinion, would a new MMO have to feature in order to make you cancel your WoW account... forever?


(Thread is intened to focus on WarCraft's lacking areas and discuss how new games could take advantage of it.)

A Blizzard made mmo that they've been working on since WoWs exisistence and are prepared to release once they've milked WoW for all it's worth(lvl 100?).
Other than that, World of Starcraft for sure.

WarCraft has done A LOT of things right.

If someone could manage to "copy" WarCraft close enough, without being similar enough to be shot down soley for that fact. And then actually impove on it rather than make it look like WarCarft's bastard son, I would be sold. How that would be done im not 100% sure atm, but giving it a bit of thought. lol

But I can almost guarantee that the WarCraft killer will be made by a WarCraft player.

I'd say any decent MMO with a strict selection of the users, based on IQ but also courtesy (and RP if it applies).

Then, it wouldn't be so popular. Maybe I wouldn't even be in, heh. So the servers would be empty, and it would suck :/

I can still hope for that Warhammer 40k MMOFPS ...

Hum dunno: Xenogears mmo. But because it will never happen: Starcraft Universe (make more sense than World of Starcraft)! SWTOR would have been nice with better animations.
But yeah, overall a SF MMO or a Steampunk or Cyberpunk (Shadowrun) mmo.

Take the character customization of Champions Online, the combat of Oblivion, the non-instanced dungeons of Everquest, the PvP of Guild Wars, a jump button, the crafting of Vanilla WoW, and Kevin Siembieda writing the lore. Thats game that makes me drool.
