your best pvp blooper stories.....

so guys whats the best tales youve got off the opposite faction tottaly messing up when it comes to engaging you in pvp....now I know most of these stories r going to be anti alliance because we all know ally rats cant pvp so dont get `mad` now gnomes...Ill start it off, yesterday with my 74 dk alt questing in dragonblight, i got that quest in the emerald dragonshrine where you have to solo that elite bird to get its plumeage, now id been ages trying to find a group but no luck so i thought id try it solo, thought i had no chance and wowhead comments confirmed this but i thought what the hell ill see what happens....so i engaged the bird and as excpected it started to take my hp down a lot quicker then i could handle and i was about to die........when all of a sudden an 80 gnome rogue and his 80 human mage friend attack me from behind and gank me.....at first im pissed off im thinking `typical cowardly alliance attacking from behind while im engaged with an elite and there 6 levels above me and theres 2 of them(we all know allys never fight when the odds arent massivly in there favor) until i relise that not only has the elite quest mob that was about to kill me turned on them but as ive already tagged it i finish the quest if they kill it! so the mob goes down fast and i res laughing to myself quick loot the quest item and fly out of there........I wonder how happy those allys would be if they relised they just finished my quest for me?

a hunter with full relentless (back when ToC was the big olala) not using disengage even once, never used a trap, didn't do anything useful, and was using aspect of the viper.
Looked him up on the armory, and his specc ... 71/0/0. that was quite amusing and we were at 1.8 - 1.9k mmr at that moment (the comp was horrible aswell, hunter/boomkin)

Happened to me once when we did our first Arena match of that week and I couldn't figure out where they went to.
After the match, I remembered that I have been fishing for the daily, so I had my Skill Bar 2 out (Default Blizzard Skill Bar) which contained everything I need for fishing.

I bet that other team must have laughed their asses off when they saw me jumping around trying to put a lure on my weapon...

On-topic, I can't really think of any really funny bloopers, mostly making dumb mistakes that made me go "hm, shouldn't have done that".
Though, similar to bahumut5 I've had a moment where I accidently clicked a shortcut for switching bartender bars and was totally confused at what happened.

Waiting for wintergrasp semi AFK. I think I was reading, not alt+tabbed. This was on my alliance paladin. This hunter flies up... I can tell he *really* wants to gank me. I don't move.

He dismounts, doesn't get a shot off, plummets to his death. I lol, go back to reading. So he comes back, I don't move. He looks around, sees some people duelling down in the courtyard. Lands to gank them (very easy and cheap to gank duellers because their hp is already low) so I land on top of him and smash him flat.

Go back up flying. This time I must have been too close to the Wintergrasp fortress because he's able to land and take half my HP off in about no time flat. It was surprising actually how hard he hit me. I fly up to the roof, land, heal myself up and am mounting right when he lands. He gets a shot off but it doesn't hurt. I fly over the side, wait a tic, and fly back up. He was in the process of mounting up, I land on top of him, and I can just imagine him falling out of his chair scrambling at his keyboard. I thought I might lose for a second when he disengaged and the slope of the roof actually took him far enough away to be out of repentance range, but I managed to hand of freedom and get close enough because he had his back to the edge, repent, get on top of him again and finish him off.

Then I flew up, went back to reading.

I dont think i really have tails of PvP bloopers.... All i know is EVERY alliance rogue i have fighted on my realm blinds me when i have Rupture or Deadly Poison on my druid..... I dont know why... but they do. Oh and it seems rogues hate loseing to a feral druid... Start QQing at me and going "Faceroll druids"..... says the rogue :P, But i do LOOVE it when people get cocky in PvP (other faction) and you win the fight, Like one time in IF on my Furious geared druid, And this Wrathful rogue attacks me (Shadowdance spec) and he uses 2x vanish, 2x evastion, 2x sprint, blind, you name it he used it, and i won. He never attacked me agian in IF

Also, Reading over these posts! (mostly Rukh) i remember this time in WG there was this Druid flying around, And a DK gripped and everyone attacked but he managed to fly away, and flew up into the sky in WG, And he started hotting himself while falling so i moonfired him, We was both falling to the ground targeting eachother as he moonfired me to (ofc to get a HK) about 2secs before we hit the ground i used my engineering parashoot and he slapped the foor, I laughed!. Also there was this time a combat rogue was flying arounf WG to. And he flew over to me to do killing spree, i moved like half an inch and was out of range and he fell to his death :P

I was farming some flowers with my lvl80 night elf hunter in Western Plaguelands. I jumped down from the hill so I could get a flower. My health was pretty low (1/3 I think) and suddenly I was attacked by lvl54 Blood Elf Paladin. I wasn't sure what he was thinking but I killed him with couple of shots. That was pretty weird.

To OP: Believe me, no matter that i am on the famous LB-EU server (Paragon's Realm) as an Alliance, and we r in a 1/5 A/H ratio, still Hordes never EVER attack unless they r sure 100% that they r gonna get me, either because they are 2-3, or because i am fighting an elite or something, and they mostly run away than stand and fight in a 1v1 situation, so we r not the punny alliance dogs that your new warchief claims.. :P

On Topic:
Small intro, i am one of the guys that will not attack a full PVP geared/spec char, but i will attack anyone in PVE gear even thought i am not good at PVP, only for the andrenaline, and some times i will attack even if the odds are against me, as i explained the ratio is bad for Allies in my realm, so i Hit and Run pretty often, before my victim logs his wrathfull DK, or calls for his SP and frost mage friends..

My Blooper: I was lvling my DK on Storm Peeks, do u remember the quest witch u have to change dragons while flying arount the tallest temple of the game? There i see a mage doing the same quest, and i really wanted to try DG in the air.. He killed me once.. He killed me twice... The third time he attacked before me, i managed to kick him off this time, he slow falls... returns and kicks my ass..

Second Blooper: I was doing Explorer, and i was in Swamp of Sorrows, it was late so i decided to have a look in Horde's town.. and there u go, a lowbie, i killed him 1-2 times, then naturally, his friends arrived and made me pay.. they killed me 2 times, as i was running away, and they camped on my corpse, killed me a third time, and they still camped my corpse. w/e, i logged my alt, gone into a bg, and loged after 30 minutes , they had left..

Third Blooper: At 60 or 70 on my lock, i was in Tanaris, and i had find a spot that the guards could not reach me, i climbed there, and w8ed for a Horde to stop by.. found a lowbie, SoulFire, guards attack me, knockback.. i fell off, guards killing me..

And my favorites where the hordes die..
1) Years ago, u could initialize a duel with the enemy faction in their "green" area, (PVP realm), but they were not getting back to not PVP flagged when done.. so i was dueling lowbies, and after the duel, they were just red to me.. and they were dieing..

2)I was finding lowbies in their areas, and i was trying to provoke them /spit /moo etc, while trying to run in the place they could click to skin or loot their dead animals.. 1-2 times, they missclicked and attacked me.. so they gone PVP flagged.. :P

And my best pranks, just after they made corpses killed in the air falling (damn mages, they had instant pom pyro killed me /slow fall 1-2 times, (2 mages together) before the change), in the throne of kil'jaeden, i dont remember who was initializing the battle, does not matter, the funny fact is that i was dotting them, and they were keep flying away, in the end they would die, not only far beyond the ground, but also in the gap between the Throine and the rest of Hellfire Peninsula..

My personal favourite was during an AV run; I was guarding one of the towers on my rogue, together with a DK. This Orc warrior runs up the tower, only sees the DK and starts a 1-on-1. Me, being the cowardly rogue I am (I even get beat up by girls in RL), just sat by and watched , since the DK seemed to be able to handle it. They seemed quite good, and from my point of view, they were locked into in a majestic dance around me.

By now, the warrior having around 40% hp, realizes he's gonna lose (the DK was near 60% hp) proceeds to jump off the tower into a ravine, obviously to deny a HK. Just before he hit the ground, one of the best timed Death Grips I ever seen pops up, gets the orc back on the tower - who jumps off again, but not before hamstringing the DK.

The warrior died mid-fall, probably due to diseases/ranged attacks; a split-second later, the hamstring effect dissapeared from our DK and he must've misjudged the distance he was from the edge of the tower... because he swiftly followed the orc down the ravine.

One of the better PvP matches I've seen, but the DK totally ruined his "hero" moment.

I can't really say this is much of a blooper, but I still found it hilarious when it happened. My fiancé and I were leveling our first pair of Death Knights together when the expansion hit ages ago and we were in Zangarmash late one night questing. We were on a PvE realm at the time (Hellscream) but were really into PvP, so we flagged up and decided to cap the towers. After capping the first tower, a human Paladin shows up, and he's higher level than us and he starts doing the usual /point /laugh /spit /chicken etc., spam at us, but refuses to attack either one of us. We do spam back at him to try and get him to attack, but nothing.

So my girl randomly says to me "Watch this." I was confused at this point, as a duel flag drops between the two of them. Their duel begins and she wears him down a but before finally (and purposely) losing to him. Little does the Paladin know, he's now flagged - and in seconds - face-down in the dirt with me standing over him. His corpse was still there the next day.

am i not allowed to poke fun at the opposite faction? sorry should we all be carebeary and hold hands singing off into the sunset? its not qqing im just having a laugh lol though i do find alliance never attack solo what does that tell you? i havnt done much pvp on my dk cause ive been lvling but everytime ive been in a situation where alliance have ganked or tried to gank me its always been 2 on 1 3 on 1 etc....i remember a situation in hellfire where i was taking the bases for horde for the quest and 2 outland lvl allys and there lvl 80 mate teamed up to gank me....well i waited till the 80 had gone away and logged onto my 80 hunter flew to the place found them and they flew off and started throwing chicken emotes at me........i guess they either thought they were out of range or didnt relise i was a hunter.....bang bang....shot em down like ducks lol

i have no problem with alliance players you just suck at pvp thats not qqing thats my opinion......christ if we`re not allowed to take the piss out of the other faction and have a bit of a laugh on here these boards would be pretty dull :P

ps im also an ex member of zylos hand, the kill alliance on sight for sport guild if you want to hate me even more :P

all the times i attempted to gank someone in midair using killing spree and they flew upwards, making them take minimal damage and me suddenly be miles away from the ground. X(

I think the biggest bloopers are when I'm way out of the way and a DK will death grip me... I mean, seriously, there is no change for 1 DK to kill me and I end up killing HIM and then I continue on my way only to find him having rezzed and coming after me again. I mean, seriously dude, you got your ass handed to you by a resto druid, just go help your teammates at another node or something.

My biggest booboo was shifting out of hex or polymorph into like cat or bear form and then getting stun locked. It's like, GJ idiot, you might get one chance to cast something and your bar rotation just screw you cuz you went cat instead of anything else, Grrr.

i make no apologies for this i was attacked 3 on 1 so i wanted some payback my 80 was the quickest route for getting it...also i had no idea if there 80 mate was still around and i dont think my 60 dk would have lasted to long vs him do you?

I got that bird down to 1% twice on my paladin around 600 hp it had and I died both times...
OT: It was the Stranglethorn fishing tourney during BC... I ganked a bunch of twinks for a higher chance of me winning when a full merciless gladiator (highest arena gear @ the time) came out of nowhere and got me around 200 hp, I popped bubble and stunned the warrior and got out of combat to mount up. While casting my mount, two twink rogues attacked me and killed me... one of the twinks who killed me ended up winning the contest aswell... I failed hard.
