<Unification> is a semi-casual 25 man raiding guild dedicated to providing a relaxed and comfortable raiding atmosphere, whilst commanding a serious and dedicated approach to end-game content without sacrificing anyone's real life. Since our formation in November 2009, we still hold true to the same spirit and values. Our official raiding schedule is Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 20:00 – 23:30 CET. We regularly run 10 man and alt raids on off-nights, with the guild being very active throughout the week. Every raider is expected to attend a minimum of 2 raids per week, however we are empathetic when holidays come up, or you need time away from the game for whatever reason (just let us know beforehand).
What we expect from you
Despite the fact that we are a semi-casual guild, we expect a lot from our raiders, which is reflected in their performace, and our current #1 position on Terokkar with 11/12 heroic in ICC and an arsenal of realm first achievements including Celestial Defender and Death's Demise. We take pride in the knowledge that we have maintained our realm-first rank on Terokkar for the last year, and that we possess the best in terms of skilled raiders that our realm has to offer. Therefore we ask that as a prospective trialist, you ensure you have an in-depth understanding of your class and spec, are up to date with current theorycrafting data relative to your character, and you possess the skill and experience to progress at the highest level of raiding with us. Listed below are a few must-haves, and a few qualities we would expect from the ideal applicant:
- Time is valuable to us, you must be an efficient raider who is capable of achieving much in as little time as possible, i.e. running in after wipes should not take you 10 minutes, and you should always be available at least 15 minutes before raid-start.
- Have a good internet connection and acceptable hardware capable of running 25 man raids smoothly – constant disconnects and fps lag resulting in failure will simply not work in the long run.
- Have a positive attitude to raiding: can you wipe for hours each week, pay for expensive repair bills, take constructive criticism and endure the crazy rantings of our nab-warrior tank Enkill on vent, all with a smile on your face?
-Above all, be mature and be respectful to your fellow raiders. We are looking for optimistic and sensible people to join our ranks. A sense of humor is a plus, be nice to us and we'll be nice to you.

Whilst we currently have a need for specific classes, we are temporarily opening recruitment for all who wish to apply and meet the above criteria. Exceptional applicants are always welcome, even if your class is not listed as open on our website. Join us, and you will not only aid us in our quest to defeat the most demanding boss of this expansion, but you will also take part in our plans and ambitions for the upcoming expansion!
