Not enough of the worgen race in Cata

Outside the starting zone, they're too few and far between. 1 tree in darnassus, 1 in felwood, a tiny section of blasted land - and a handful of npcs here and there, hardly worthy of race.

Why not turn Theramore humans into Worgen? Theramore gets destroyed, the worgen curse spreads through the human and high elven populace there like wildfire while Jaina is in Stormwind visiting Varian. NElves & Gilnean Worgen come to the rescue, and now the humans of Kalimdor are now Worgen.

Theramore rebuilt to look like Gilneas City, and the alliance assault into southern barrens is the counter-attack. This way you get a far greater presence of Worgen in the alliance. The fact that Theramore worgen are from Lordearon makes the forsaken undead hate thing deepen, and now they team up with the Gilneans, they're all worgen now.

IDC what they do, just more involved worgen about. It makes sense to have more worgen around in Kalimdor anyway, and they're part human anyway, so why not have them be the human related wing in Kalimdor? You still move from Gilneas to Darnassus as a player Worgen, but by the time you reach Dustswallow marsh, the said events have already happened...it's too late to introduced phased quests about it, it's just one of the changes that happened in the aftermath of the cataclysm after the events of Gilneas.

If the war between Crowley and Sylvanas through out the entire silverpine forest zone isn't enough for you I don't know what is. Its way more than the blood elves or dranei ever got, or still are getting for that matter.

They could all be hiding in Human form among the other nations.

Didn't think of that, did ya?

They are ashamed of being worgen. Just give them some time to come to terms with it. Be supportive, and don't judge them.

That's a good idea. How about we just make all races get infected with as worgen. So any race, horde or alliance can have a worgen form. On top of that, let's also make them all vampires too. Then we can be vampires and werewolves at the same time.

You mean like DKs whoo are essentially undead of every race. As for the vampire thing, altho they're already in the game in the form of the San'layan Darkfallen you fight in ICC and northrend, I think we've had enough of the pop fiction analogies in wow - they can develop Elves into vampire playable race another time in fact wouldn't surprise me if they made the worgen curse spread to high elves, and you get the forsaken elves blood sucking - and ah well vampires and werewolves for ya with their own in-bred hatred.

Draenei get tons of bases in outland those, almost all alliance stuff there is Draenei, you get a real sense of the Races' value in that zone. Worgen are from Azeorth, if you didn't roll one, you get almost no sense of their influence or effect. Whether they're hiding in human form or no you just don't see them, and you don't see any Gilnean architecture outside Gilneas city.

Making THermaore huamns converted to Worgen and Therarmoe rebuilt by them Gilneas style actually solves both problems, you get a far greater sense of this races' inclusion in the alliance, and you get to see a bit more of their architecture outside Gilneas in more than just a Howling Tree. The alliance bases in southern Barrens could be Worgen architecture too, which i'm fine by since Eastern Kingdoms and Northrend has more than enough human stormwind architecture around anyway.

Enough about Worgen! I am so sick of seeing that name on this site. Someone create a Goblin-themed thread.

Though I'm not in Beta from everything I've seen it seems like Blood Elves/Draenei were better integrated into BC's overall storyline than Worgen/Goblins are, as of now at least. And I mean they played major roles in the main plot of overthrowing Illidan and stopping Kael and the Burning Legion. They did a good job integrating the Death Knights in Northrend too though I think Darion should have been a part of the Lich King encounter to bring the storyline full circle.

With Cataclysm I don't think we've seen much specific Worgen or Goblin involvement with the 80-85 content (please correct me if I'm wrong though).

The Alliance don't get to experience that though.

Also go play BC again and try to tell me with a straight face that the blood elves got less content based around them than the worgen have.

Yeah. At the very least I'm hoping to see some big worgen and goblin quest hubs in the high-level zones. I doubt we'll see any raids based on them, though.
