You can't race change to any new race/class combo in 4.0.3a Blizz said you can only make new chas, but race change come cata

il be going worgen, because ive been horde for 3 - 4 years now and just gone to alliance about 3 months ago, not to mention that the casting animation and racials look awesome, priest might not look fitting for a male worgen but who cares !, awesome model priest with racial rocket boots here i come

Goblin female for sure, 1% extra haste and in my opinion, from my experience on beta, their animations look great as well.

There's no mp5 bonus as Troll. The Regeneration racial is health, not mana.

Healers (H): Blood Elf > Goblin > Troll > ( Undead > Tauren )
Healers (A): Gnome > Human > Worgen > ( Draenei > Night Elf > Dwarf )
Shadow (H): Troll > Goblin > Blood Elf > ( Undead > Tauren )
Shadow (A): Draenei > Worgen > Human > Gnome > ( Night Elf > Dwarf )

Classes in parenthesis have no noteworthy PVE racials.

I'll be switching from Blood Elf to Gnome as soon as Cata launches as my guild is switching from Horde to Alliance.

You can race change now, check the last two posts by Bashiok. Gnome priest sounds interesting, 5% mana increase would be nice in Cata healing.

As shadow I'll be staying Draenei, by far the best Alliance race for priests (pretty much all classes) after they nerfed worgens to the ground. Plus I want my drinking fountains to be in ultra large shadowy high rez.

I could actually see the hit racial being nerfed further because of the way it scales.
