I'm sure this is going to be asked a lot across all servers, but the information isn't really out there and easy to find quiet yet.

For people who played on the PTR; Are lv 85 Jp, lv85 Honor, and Flight Masters license available during 4.0.3a, or are they being held off until Cataclysm hits?

Wowhead doesn't list a vendor for the PvP gear at 85. Perhaps they are located in Tol Barad which would explain your inability to locate them.

For those who are apparently unable to comprehend what the OP was asking, and no it isn't on the front page for you "go read the front page" asshats, the OP would like to know if the following vendors exist on the PTR or in 4.0.3a:

Those are the NPCs that sell gear that is obtained for Justice or Valor points located in SW or Org.

I'm specifically asking what is going to be made available on the release of 4.0.3a. I'm aware that these things are not available now, in 4.0.3. The front page does not directly state one way or the other.

Ah- Seems I was mistaken on the Flyer part, my mistake. However does anyone know about JP/Honor?

85 content will only be available in Cataclysm. Again, learn to read the frontpage. It does actually tell you stuff you would want to know, even if it's not on the frontpage RIGHT NOW.

The front page does show what is and isn't in for 4.0.3a. It's a lot easier to read it there than to make a new thread about it. It's the top article. As for JP/HP, they carry over into Cataclysm, as long as you're under the 4k cap. Everything above that is being turned into gold.

Because it uses the same currency, well at least one of them does, that we are using now and the vendors aren't located in the new zones, just in a capital city. Theoretically you don't have to be 85 to purchase the items, although it would make sense if you couldn't, just 85 to equip them.

If you're asking if you will be able to earn Valor points and Conquest points then the answer is no - those can ONLY be obtained via rated PvP, Raids and the Heroic daily @ level 85.

85 to buy things anyway, to stop cheese-farming all items on 80. So the only point in the vendors being there is to map out how you'd buy them/look in them.

The honor-vendors are in beta at least, haven't bothered with lolptr.
