The 7 Summoners in BRD (Doom'rel and all those dwarves) give 60 rep each!

This might seem tedious to do, but not if you are a rogue or druid! Right after killing the 6th dwarf, stealth and wait for Doom'rel to say 'Your Challenge has failed,' then you may talk to him again and continue getting rep.

This means you can get a trike.
Don't forget your tabard!

Damn thats amazing. Almost totally not fair. I got the trike on my warlock today by farming Scholomance (1.3k every 10 mins.) and when I got locked out I would quest in Azshara, Tanaris and 1k Needles.

Or use some other ability that gets you out of combat (i.e. Shadowmeld, perhaps Feign Death?)

However, i wonder whether this will be seen as exploiting or not?

Actually any class can do this. I just spent just over two hours doing this as a priest. The tomb (I think it is a tomb) to the left of the entrance door is out of range of the final boss (7th dwarf). You kill the first six and run behind it as the 7th dwarf runs to the middle of the stairs (not aggroing) and despawns after 30 minutes.

Me and a few others rode our trikes around Org with people not realizing it was only a couple hours of grinding.

Don't forget your pilgrim buff for 66 per boss instead of 60!

But seriously, i think you either get it from the pilgrims table, or one of daily quests.

Yes you can, just wear their tabard in any dungeon.
