I would call them, chickenpoxland. When you zone in, you get a debuff that causes little red dots to sprout all over your avatar's body, even over its armor. Since it's contagious, you can spread it to others after you leave the zone.

I was thinking of this a bit myself and i think they should be renamed since western plaguelands are almost cured from the plague.

Western Plaguelands > Lordaeron (or something like that)
Eastern Plaguelands > Plaguelands (Still heavily plagued by scourge)
