Now my Question is : Where is the best place to start with the new questlines...?
:-) I know... A little late for this Q, now you`re all Lvl 84-85, but will get there....

Well, Vashj'ir is a bit lengthier as well as it's the most unique zone in WoW. Hyjal as a bit better story telling with a slightly more epic conclusion to the zone.
You can look at it that way, or you could take into consideration your riding skill. If you don't have epic flying than I'd go Vashj'ir. You get a speedy seahorse mount pretty much right off the bat. Both are equally fun so it's really up to you.

Please be a little bit more detailed.
Do you mean Exp gain rates? If so, Hyjal seems faster.

I personally prefer Hyjal, just because it's a little more heavier story and is really straightforward, however, Vashj'ir is truly epic.

Go to Hyjal if you want an epic questing experience.

Hyjal was buggy for me so I couldn't quest there.. Being as it's a few days since the expansion came out, the bugs are probably fixed by now though.
