Ghostcrawler equiped his Nerfbat and the other devs blind folded him, and he started swinging wildly and for some reason he completely missed mages go figure and hit warriors right in the face.

The 30% nerf comes out of no where tbh. It will make mastery even worse then it was before. Plus RB should be something cool when its availeble. Now it's down to prio 3 on the list, after BT & HS.. Hell, maybe even slam hits harder now. All in all a well thought over nerf, without any comment from them what the reasoning behind it is.

99.9% sure this is just a tooptip fix, the 80% from 150 happened back at 4.01
4.0.3a Reduced RB from 150% to 110%. So I don't see how this is just a tooltip change.
I can tell you exactly why, because Envenom has a terrible crit rate. It runs on spell crit and the only spelll crit we get is directly from rating. So envenom has under a 5% crit chance
It's one reason we have Cold Blooded, it's strategically used to surmount massive damage, and it's not really a problem it has a decent cool-down. Not sure about the mutilate crit's.
Also, it may be partially to drag Arms and Fury more into line with each other
Unshackled Fury (Mastery) now grants 5.6% benefit per mastery point, up from 4.7%.

RB will hit for around 120% of weapondamage before additional mastery anyway, due to the 8 passive we get.
Do not forget that is not in the baseline damage calculation.
What worries me is the big nerf to heroic strike and the lack of compensation, we'll have to see how it works out.

The way I'm seeing warriors scale right now with gear, it might be an immediate nerf, but as you get heroic level gear and beyond, it looks like warriors will probably fall back in line with other good dps. Yes, it sucks in the meantime, but better now and adjust then get the next tier of raid/glad gear and then get nerfed.
