I don't know if anyone else noticed but when a DK uses pestilence while cloak of shadows is up the curses dont get resisted. Is this a bug?

is that always? cuz cos is only a 90% resist so technically it could effect the rogue

Read the 4.0 blues again, cos is 100% resist now.

im sure cz when it hapened i was cloaked and vanished and he was fighting with someone else

ive had the same thing with diseases being up while Cos'ed. dunno if it came from pestilence.
