Made tha title like that so people would look. Just like it says. No loot council, no dkp, no epgp, no nothing. I am running a ten man raiding guild. I decide who gets the loot period. You cry your gone. You bitch your gone. Gearing heals and tanks first with tokens. So far everyone likes the idea. Im sure that will change. No i wont be looting to my friends, or hording myself. Only loot i took was a soulblade that dropped in BoT, I am Blood tank/frost dps and its bis for me and took it over a warrior who shold interest. Just an example. He was looking at it for single minded fury.



Not a troll. Would like serious thoughts.


Edit after 50 or so responses: The god of loot title was a mistake. No im not immature 15 year old. It ws to get responses but it seems to skew the way people read the post. This was suppose to open questions about loot and problems people have had, and my solution. Yes my typing is horrid, no it doesnt mean Im a retard.

Editafter 4 pages of responses: Thank you all with constustive posts. This is my first thread ever and will correct several mistakes. My biggest is my assumptions and teh vagueness of my original post.
I have assumed that as a whole people make a loot list and the order they wish to obtain it. Chest before legs/hands that can drop from Baradin hold and so on and so forth. I assume that this list also has a priority for current content, ie your arent waiting for a heroic pc when the first 2 bosses arent down yet. Getting this from my raiders helps me with decisions.
Also I am saying again, its ten man. I would probably not try this with 25. Again thank you for all the constructive criticism. Any advice is allways welcome.

The resto shaman since Crit is about as usefull for an ele shaman as agi is for a DK

As long as the decisions you make aren't retarded than I'd join your guild easily. The only people who are going to bitch over loot are the ones who only care about their toons anyway, and those people have a tendancy to not play well with others. Every peice of gear that drops increases the overall chances of success and allows me to see more content. Whatever works buddy.

This item has spirit and spirit is good for healers ATM so I would give that to resto first. NExt drop would go to elemental...

why would a dps want to join such guild, some fights have tight enrage timers, and dps is really important. just as important as healers and tanks. as someone said, not the type of guild i will be looking to for, if i wanted to join a guild.

Meh. I prefer the way my guild does stuff. We just use the built-in roll system, due to the guild at one point splitting over a DKP/EPGP-debate.

If someone disagrees with a roll someone made, they take it up with the leadership in our guild, and they make a decision like a group. Noone has been kicked yet^^
