In the end, I'd like to think that Thrall would rez Grom, send him to the fight and he would proceed to just tear everyone to shreds. Garrosh would almost certainly have gotten himself killed by the time he got there, so there's no conflict of interest.

Edit: To the guy who thinks Thrall left the Horde for good, where are you getting that information? I've never seen any official word that his absence as Warchief was permanent. He hasn't gone neutral, he's just trying to make the entire planet not die, because it would kinda affect his side as well.
