my home ISP caps at 10mbps BURST. more realistically im 200-300 KBPS

Anyone from Vancouver should look into these guys to see if you can get their internet where you live.
Also costs less than Telus 50 internet and has no monthly cap.

I finally got upgraded to 60/5 from 20/2 a little over a month ago but my monthly bill went up from 55$ to 70$. It's such bs if Spectrum wouldn't have purchased Twc I would have 100/10 without having to pay more and it would have likely happened sooner.
