it's a huge +20 internets for the person??? It's pretty common for me to go "Dang, that's hot" in my mind when I spot someone with that kind of look. In a total non-creeper way though, just a mental compliment and stating that those eyes just stand out of a crowd.
Though, it's just my thing ^^ I am a sucker for challenges, being it puzzle games, chess, mental charades, or in relationships and during topic discussion with friends/classmates. If it's not a challenge to bend things my way, then it's no fun
Edit: yours look pretty uncommon, curious and happy ^^ which makes them pretty and interesting!
