No clue. If they do the same thing as last year, they are permanent. They might make them legacy though since they went all out for Lunar Revel instead of it being a side holiday.

Was watching GuardsmanBob's stream today, and it dawned on me: Diamond V players still suck.
Bob pings mid to go back and calls ss, mid stays and dies.
Alistar wants to kill the enemies with Vayne after getting a lead, feeding like hell, barely wards.
In one of his latest games, he gets a Maokai mid and his team proceeds to feed the living crap out of the enemies and GmBob is the only one who doesn't lose his lane. Not to mention that 20 minutes in, there are 0 wards on the map.
And that all happens on a Diamond V stream...
Edit: Janna support in his team didn't know you had to ward lane brushes to avoid lane ganks, wat.

Gee, now I'm all discouraged to even try to rank up...

Guys, I think I'm going to go for Platinum League in solo queue. I've started playing like 4 hours minimum a day (staying up till 3am, school is at 8:00 meaning I wake up around 7ish) and I'm already noticing improvement. Been playing many more champions too, trying to get a feel for a wide variety of them... I'm going for it and I'm not turning back.

Make sure you drop out of school and apply for a pro team once you hit 1600 though
