1. Vitality's Raid ScheduleWe run a four day raid schedule. Once content is on farm, we cut that down to the minimal time it takes to clear the raid instance. Our raid schedule is listed right below this quote box.
A. Raid DaysWe never raid additional days. We do host optional weekend activities for those who are on during those days.
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (4 day raid schedule)
B. Raid TimesImportant reminder: Our raid times are PST, which means if you live on the east coast, our raids begin at 9:30pm.
2. Vitality's Raider OpeningsVitality offers two raid positions. The first is Core Raider. The core raider position is a full time spot. The second is Part Time Raider. The part time position is for those who are unable to commit to Vitality's core raider schedule. Please continue for our current openings.
A. Core RaiderIf accepted as a core raider, you will become an integral part of our main raiding group. Classes we are actively looking for are listed below.

- Restoration Shaman
- Protection Paladin
- Restoration Druid
B. Part Time RaiderUnable to commit to our full time schedule? That's fine, we are still interested!
- Part time positions are available on a case by case basis. Please speak with Klutched, Ryuujin, Aldru, Lind OR Rent before applying as a part time raider.
3. Our CredentialsVitality is a 25 man only guild which means all of our achievements are done in 25 player raids except on special occasions like holidays.

Vitality is a 25 man heroic raiding guild on Ner'zhul. Vitality's longest serving core members have been raiding together for a long time, over five years. The guild itself has existed since 2007. We offer a professional and comfortable raid environment. We do not tolerate people who act like douches. We do not do the negative name calling thing when someone makes a mistake. Poor play is not acceptable however. You will be replaced and fail your trial if your performance is not on our level of play.
We realize that raiding requires organization and schedule commitments. We do not want to waste your time or the time of our raiders. To ensure this, we hold the bar high to ensure all accepted applicants meet our standards.
- Some heroic Catalysm raid experience.
- Item level 368 and above. This is a guideline number. If you are somewhat below this number, don't sweat it
- Age 18 or above
- Friendly attitude
- All important abilities keybinded
- Visit the guild's forums daily. We keep our website well maintained and expect members to visit regularly
