Yes and just as low as in 5.4. It can, however, also appear on the BMAH.

Few Xmogs here and there, big fan of the t8 recolours, I also have a full green versio for the Hans and Franz normal mace. If anyone wants me to link a screenie of it, just ask.

Your current head doesnt have the red come back anywhere in your gear. Thats if you like the look ofcourse, and maybe its also cause i just love that head

Sure no problem:

helm is the crown of destruction from Raggy
shoulders + gloves are t8 25m tier from naxx
chestplate is the t10 lookalike for hunters from 10m normal iirc, Hauberk of a Thousand Cuts.
belt is called the Girdle of Fallen Stars, it's from Tempest Keep, cant recall where.
legs are Cataclysm Legplates (our tier 5 leg piece)
boots are just a random green mail item, you can get the look on AH quite easily.
