well I mean to say: I have it on my Vaporeon and I'm obliterating same lvl water pokemon with surf in 1 or 2 hits(might just be my Vaporeon /shrug)

Waterfall is noob. Surf hits everything in play. Especially when you forget you are 2v2ing with a fire/water pokemon.

Lol i just tried tackling the elite 4 on heart gold, with my trusty grass pokemon team.
47 vileplume, 42 victreebel, 48 meganium. Did not pass the first one of the elite 4

Waterfall is the better move simply since it has the added flinch and is physical which more and more water types excel at. Throw in the fact that some Water types have Sheer Force as an ability...yeah, Waterfall>>>>>>>>>>>Surf. Originally Posted by Skelington
