24" HP LCD monitor. I bought this when it was very pricy at around $399. I originally bought an HP laptop to play World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade on but realized a $700 laptop wasn't handling it well. Instead, I returned it, took a $100 restocking fee (Never computers buying from Best Buy again!), and bought this monitor from Fry's to replace my 19" HP LCD. Although I wish it had HDMI not just DVI-D (Although DVI-D has a faster ms response time than HDMI), it is HDCP capable and movies/games look awesome on it.

52" Samsung LCD HDTV. This is my new baby. I've had it for about a year now. I used it as my living room tv/entertainment center back when I had my apartment. Now that i'm back with my folks, the tv is gargantuan. If my parents 32" Sony wasn't 720p, i'd consider trading for awhile. For Cataclysm I connected the tv to my desktop and leveled to 85 on this behemoth screen (Maybe 5' away from me, which is bad, but my room is too small for me to have a choice). It is not my ideal choice for raiding since I sometimes lose track of everything that is ocurring on the screen.

21.4" - 24.6" - 21.4" is my setup, playing on and off in eyefinity, depending on game or if I want to do something else with the other monitors

Hdmi doesn't give any advantage over dvi now does it? It basically the same but with sound as well?

    2 x 27", each 1920x1080.
I upgraded when the backlights of my previous 2x22" quit after about 5 years.
For the last number of years I've considered $250 to be a sweet spot, and so as stuff has gotten cheaper I've spent the same amount and gotten more.

I've found that here's little practical difference between anything above about 22" to 27", except that you can put the monitor farther away from you; if the monitors are large and too close then you'll end up moving your head a lot switching between them.

Mine are placed about 27" away from me; I primarily use one monitor most of the time (my active work is on one, and other stuff is on the other, less often paid attention to).

I wouldn't replace my current setup with a larger pair of monitors even if 30" monitors were the same price as the 27's, as I think they'd be inconveniently large.

I use 2x23'' monitors right now, but I really want to buy another one and run eyefinity!

27'' Samsung with a 23" Acer as my secondary. The Acer is currently used for my PS3 as I only used the 2nd monitor for browsing while playing WoW (Quit a few weeks back).

Running 2x 22" but one of them is REALLY bad quality. It is dark as hell (even on max brightness with all gamma adjusts tried) and everything looks dull and washed out. It sucks so I use it for web browsing.

I would LOVE two quality 24" inchers though.

My PC has 23.5 inch single monitor I love it, but recently my gf got a new mac with 27inch monitor and now I feel a little jealous. When I played wow I liked my 23.5inch better but any other game where I am not used to the size of everything felt nicer on the 27inch. I did notice I can sit further away and it feels similar but still somehow nicer... I think I am just jealous like i said. but yeah anything between 23-27 is epic for pc gaming.. For console I like to have at least a 40inch screen where usually i would be sitting much further away. Remember to take note of viewing distances when making your choice.

24inch screen the perfect size for me, tried playing on a 32inch but could not stand it...

23.9 inch monitor, bigger than my previous 17 inch laptop screen, suits me perfectly, sharp, sexy, wicked .. yeah

    Hmm, I think I'm leaning back towards 2 x 24 inch, probably 21.5 as a minimum

23" is as big as my desk will fit, so 23" is how large my monitor is

Personally, I've always preferred a single quality monitor over dual or triple monitor setups. I don't multitask enough on my gaming PC to warrant multi-monitor setups, and gaming across multiple screens IMHO seems to be more trouble than it's worth (although it is damn impressive when it works)

I wouldn't game across multiple monitors, probably be something like WoW on main monitor, Wowhead and MMOChampion on secondary monitor. I got spoiled with a two monitor setup at work, I find it really convenient to have my code on one screen and the application I'm testing on another, or, more commonly, code/application on one screen with database layout on the other.

I run dual Dell 30 inch IPS panels. They weren't at all cheap, around $900 even with the Dell EPP, but they are well worth it whenever I do any graphic design or video work because the IPS panels have unbeatable color accuracy and reproduction.
