I am alright. Went to my psychiatrist appointment and it was definitely easier than I thought it would be. Didn't think it would be horrible, but I am always shy and nervous to be talking to new people. Nothing really was said that I haven't discussed here and he thinks what Sam has done for me and the bike ride to be really good things, although he does think that I have problems with the obstacles to continue or begin certain things.
