I'll have to check whether it's a tooltip errorw hen I get home or a bug with Mixology not working correctly.
    Confirmed.

I had Draconic leftover tonight. Int is 5353 with no other buffs on + Draconic.
Remove the Draconic, I go down to 4954, -399. Subtract %5 due to Plate spec, and that's 379.5 (380).

The Alchemist trinket is effectively +30 int comparable to another 359 ilevel +Int trinket in the same slot. It's +20 int with Gem, and another +10 int for Gem socket.

I was Engineering/Alchemy in WotLK, and it worked out great. I droped Alchemy for mining when Cata hit because ore was just to damn expensive, but now the ores have droped dramaticly and are only 50-60g per stack of Obs/Elem. I will pick up Alchemy again once I've gathered some gold.

I think in cata Alchemy is even better since flasks cost a ton of money, and you get a trinket that increases the return of potions by 40%, and this time, the trinket is actually useful.

Last time I ever trust a tooltip! Thanks for the update! Makes alchemy the best prof for hpally then.

Aye, math wasn't my friend on that calc. Thanks for the correction.
