No. It's time to put on the waders and do a bit of work yourself. There are a number of resoruces out there (like, the sticky on this very forum) that holds an abundance of information.
Now, you can either read these resources through yourself, and make changes where you differ, or you can have us go through it for you and type everything out - again. This, at least, won't happen from me.
I would very much like to help you if you have any questions afterwards, if there is something you don't understand, or if the new insight inspires you to great, lifechanging revelations. But you can't do rocket surgery without reading a book first, and you can't expect others to tell you how to do it if you can't be bothered to do a bit of research yourself
To add to Qieth's comments, it's not really helpful to open a new such topic every time you obtain a new piece of gear. Why not say in that thread what you changed so people who looked at you last time can easily remember?
